Association Mission

To achieve our vision, we will focus on seven key areas:

Advocate on behalf of our members by maximizing input and influence on the regulatory environment for members benefit.
Promote a variety of housing choices and land availability within our communities.
Maximize available technology to assist in members' success.
Maximize members' ease of access to information, resources, and referrals to improve their success.
Based on member needs, maximize the number and performance of association equity centers.
Promote the industry and professionalism to it's primary customer groups, such as members, potential members, potential customers of members and potential employees.
To assist in the accomplishment of the mutual objectives of the National Association of Home Builders.

Home ownership can and should be within the reach of every family in America; our communities should provide a variety of home styles, price ranges and amenities.
Allowing people to choose where they wish to live is part of the American dream.
Honesty is our guiding business policy. Members shall deal with their respective employees, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers with integrity and reliability.
Compliance with building codes and other regulatory agencies is an integral part of our business.
