The annual Parade of Homes proudly presents a selection of spectacular new and remodeled homes featuring the latest trends in construction, architecture, landscaping, technology, interior design, energy efficiency, and more. These spectacular homes are located throughout  Kalamazoo and surrounding areas.

The Home & Garden Expo, a Southwest Michigan premier home and garden event, is put on annually by the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan. Each year the Home Expo showcases new building trends, products, ideas, and inspiration! Whether you are a homeowner, looking to buy, or plan to own your home in the future, this is a great family-friendly event. 

The HBA holds many fun-filled events throughout the year for members and their special guests to enjoy!  From golf outings to sporting clays shoots, a truck pull and more! There are always ways for our members to get involved. 

The proceeds from the annual Truck Pull, beyond event expenses, are donated to a non-profit of our choosing. This is a great opportunity to strengthen our community!
