The Home Builders Young Professionals has been initiated to provide a forum to connect HBAWMI members under the age of forty-five (45) and develop relationships that foster personal and professional growth. Our hope is to:

• bridge the gap between young and established members of the organization  

• provide continuity for the next generation 

• further support the mission of HBAWMI by expanding the organization’s reach and engaging young professionals in the housing industry

• develop future leadership

The HBYP's vision is to become the primary resource for young professionals by identifying and addressing their interests, needs and concerns while developing the future leaders of the HBAWMI and facilitating open communication to and from all members of the association.
