The Home Builders Association of Western Michigan is an organization of licensed builders and associates formed to promote professionalism and ethical business practices in providing quality housing that creates value for the homeowner and the community.

Designed for any business or person currently holding a residential builders license in the state of Michigan.

Any business or person that provides a service or product designed for the building industry such as painters, electricians, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, etc.

Designed to provide an additional membership for an employee of a current/active Builder or Associate member.

To apply for or renew a license, you must have an online account with the Bureau of Construction Codes (BCC). Please note licenses can't be renewed more than 90 days prior to the license expiration date.
