We invite all HBA members who provide materials or services to help support the HBA's Community Project - Kalamazoo Attainable Homes Partnership. (KAHP)

4 WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
WITH THIS LONG-TERM COMMUNITY PROJECT
PREMIER
CHAMPION
Premier Champions are exclusive providers of specific products or services at or below program budget expenses for services for all KAHP homes, underwriting at the highest level. Premier Champions receive elevated recognition and exposure throughout the initiative.
Annual Commitment: $5,000
CHAMPION SUPPLIER
Champion suppliers are exclusive providers of specific products or services at or below program budget expenses for services for all KAHP homes, underwriting at least at the minimum level.
Annual Commitment $3,500
MEMBER PROVIDER
Member providers are non-exclusive suppliers of specific products or services. Member Providers must supply their materials or services within program specs and budgets in categories where there is no Champion or Premier Champion supplier. All members willing to provide products or services in these categories will be listed as per-authorized providers of these products and services. Individual KAHP builders will be able to select which Member Provider they prefer.

CHAMPION
KAHP Builders are HBA members involved in new residential construction and believe returning new, quality, attainable single-family homes to Kalamazoo’s underserved neighborhoods will result in positive impacts for the neighborhoods and the residents for generations to come. HBA members interested in building KAHP homes should contact Aaron Hovestadt, CEO of the HBAWMI for more information.
Note: If there is a Champion-level supplier for a specific category, there will be no member provider level suppliers for the project. There will only be one Champion-level per supplier category, either at the Premier or Standard level.
