When is the 2024
Parade of Homes?

August 1-3 & 8-10, 2024

Thursdays 6:00 – 9:00 pm

Fridays 6:00 – 9:00 pm

Saturdays 1:00 – 7:00 pm

Visit any home, in any order you'd like, during any open event hours!

How do I find the homes?

Download our free Mobile App from the App Store and search 'Western MI Parade of Homes', or check the map on our website at: www.kalamazoohomepage.com/parademap

Do I have to wear shoe covers?

In most cases, YES. Shoe covers will be available at each Parade home. Some builders may allow you to simply remove your shoes and wear socks. For your convenience, a bag will be provided for you to carry your items.

Though some of these homes are for sale, most are custom homes who's family will move in as soon as the Parade is over. To respect their brand new home, we ask shoe covers be worn to protect their floors from dirt and rocks, which can scratch numerous types of flooring.

Where do I get tickets and how much are they?

Tickets will be available at each Parade home during Parade hours and online through Eventbrite.

ADVANCE PURCHASE: $8 if purchased through Eventbrite from now until the opening of the Parade of Homes on August 3.
PARADE HOMES: $10 cash or through Eventbrite with your debit or credit card.

Children12 & under are free

Each person touring the home will be required to purchase a ticket.

Where do I get the Parade of Homes Guidebook?

Guidebooks will be available at each of the homes and the HBA office the week the Parade begins.

Are there special COVID-19 related protocols

Although there are no specific COVID guidelines at this time, we invite you to wear a mask when touring the homes if that makes you feel more comfortable.

We often can have up to 20 people in a home at one time.

HBA of Western Michigan is proud to present the 34th Annual Parade of Homes showcasing the latest in-home building design and products.

The Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour where ticket holders can view as many homes as they like in any order they choose. Ticket purchases include the official Parade of Homes Guide Book which contains pictures and descriptions of each home, and a map.

If you're thinking about building a new home or remodeling the one you have, this is the time to meet with HBA Builder Members as they showcase their home designs and craftsmanship.
